Fragrance Maker Base

This is a traditional alcohol and emulsifier mix that you can use to dilute your fragrance or essential oils in to make a traditional perfume, room spray, or toiletry spray, at your site. You can add 10 to 60 percent fragrance/essential oil to this to make a perfume grade fragrance spray. Because this can be used as a perfume the ingredients do not need to be listed. The percentage of natural and organic will change with the amount of fragrance added.
